Imagine yourself back in the classroom, this time learning alongside fellow educators passionate about the trades. The WyoTech Summer Seminar in Laramie, Wyoming, offers you that chance.

For a few enriching days, you’ll:

• Deepen your knowledge: Choose an industry workshop aligned with your interests, led by our experienced instructors.
• Connect with colleagues: Network and share best practices with educators from across the country
• Explore our campus: Get a firsthand look at WyoTech’s facilities and learning environment.
• Discover Laramie: Get to enjoy a couple of evenings in this charming Wyoming town.

Travel and Accommodation:

WyoTech is pleased to offer a travel stipend to help offset the costs associated with attending the Summer Seminar. High school instructors attending the program will receive a reimbursement check on campus, with a maximum of $900 based on the distance traveled from their hometown to WyoTech.

Please note that travel arrangements and accommodation bookings are the responsibility of attendees.

Course Workshop Options June 24-26, 2024

• Diesel Multiplexing and CAN_BUS Operations
  WyoTech instructors will help you in understanding Diesel control module Multiplexing and CAN-BUS Operation used in typical diagnostic repair situations. (Closed Due to High Demand)
• Collision Aluminum Welding
  Aluminum repair in the collision Industry has changed greatly over the last few years.  WyoTech instructors will train you on the latest methods of aluminum welding to help you stay up to date with these methods. (Closed Due to High Demand)
• Light Duty Diesel Diagnostics
  WyoTech instructors will teach you operation and diagnosis of Light Duty Diesel Exhaust Emissions as pertaining to Duramax, Cummins, and Power Stroke applications. (Closed Due to High Demand)
• Motorsports Chassis Welding
  WyoTech instructors will teach MIG and TIG welding as applied to the motorsports industry on round and square tube chassis simulations (Closed Due to High Demand)
• Custom Painting
  WyoTech instructors will teach airbrush operation techniques to paint murals and special paint effects.  Participants will be able to take home a panel demonstrating their skills. (Closed Due to High Demand)
• Trim and Upholstery
  Learn the basic principles in automotive upholstery repair and customization through the use of industrial sewing and embroidery equipment. You’ll learn basic seam construction and preparation techniques for automotive upholstery repair. (Closed Due to High Demand)
