Why do you recommend WyoTech?

Aside from the outstanding facility and state of the art equipment, I'd recommend WyoTech for its educational staff who are dedicated to student success.

Today's automotive industry seeks technicians with a strong background in electronics and ability to research and learn by themselves. Automotive technicians today deal with electronic gadgets like computer networks, satellite navigation and blue tooth connectivity. Here at WyoTech we give students necessary tools and encourage them to become independent self learners.

How did you get started in this field?

I started in this field because of my interest in cars and mechanical designs. I started working as an emissions and drivability technician. Over the years, I got involved in vehicle climate control systems and exhaust configurations.

Tell us a bit about your background?

My background includes studying mechanical engineering, training as an electronic technician, and training in various engine performance and electrical systems. I owned a business and worked for other shops. I took training in the hybrid vehicle field, and I'm currently work towards a Bachelor's in Business.
